Terms of service

By paying for a commission form me, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

Important Notes

  • You will receive a digital copy of the commissioned artwork unwatermarked and in full resolution.

  • Received artwork can only be used for personal use. Commissions are not for commercial usage unless they were commissioned as for commercial purposes.

  • I retain rights to my own art to display as commission samples, portfolios, etc.

  • I can take anywhere from a week up to 1-2 months depending on how busy I happen to be during that time frame. I work a full-time job during the day and enjoy spending what time I have freely... that being lovingly working on your commission. Feel free to message me at any point for an update. If you have a particular deadline you MUST let me know starting off.

  • Provide neat references with adequate lighting. Too dark and not the exact color of your character may result in an incorrectly colored illustration.

  • You are entitled to 2 major changes on the sketch stage. Any further major changes onwards comes with a fee.

  • Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commissioned will be canceled/refunded if it occurs. I have the right to decline any commission, for whatever reason.

  • Under no circumstances are you allowed to make use of my art for AI purposes. I do NOT condone feeding my art to AI of any type.

Extra Fees

  • Backgrounds: Simple BGs are free by default. Anything more complicated will start with prices increasing by $10+ depending on complexity. I will not accept overly complicated backgrounds.

  • Animals, mascots/minions, weapons, extra items will come with an extra fee depending on complexity anywhere from $10+.

  • I will draw 2 characters max in an illustration. Additional character prices will be listed in the pricing based on style.

Payment

  • Full payment is upfront unless agreed otherwise.

  • Currency charged is in US Dollar.

  • Payment must be sent within 48 hours to the planned start date unless agreed otherwise prior to invoice.

  • Paying in any other way (not agreed upon, not discussed) is considered a donation.
